Restaurant

In our restaurant you may savor the typical dishes of Brescian cuisine and guests can enjoy an incomparable view of Lake Garda from our dining room. Skillfully prepared dishes feature porcini mushrooms, truffles, lake fish, Tremosine cheeses, and top round with polenta.

Typical products

Oil: oil produced from Tremosine olives has particular organoleptic gifts due to the climate, the terrain, the characteristic olive varieties of the area, and the particular care in the harvesting and pressing in the oil mill. You may purchase our oil at the reception desk as a gift or so you ca take home some of the flavor of the place.

Truffles: a product with an ancient tradition, recently rediscovered in this mountain sector, is the precious and rare truffle, lending its exquisite fragrance to inimitable dishes. You will find this true delight for the epicurean taste in our restaurant.

Formaggella: the typical Tremosine cheese soft, with small eyes, a delightful flavor, and the delicate perfume of the essences of the mountain pastures. This product is made with freshly-collected cow’s milk obtained in the farms of the Tremosine plateau, heart of the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano (Brescia Upper Garda Park).

Spiedo: Brescia’s most outstanding dish is based on mixed meat, sage and potato, served with potato polenta. You will find this specialty in our restaurant every Sunday (by reservation) and during the week (minimum 10 people).

Porcini: the Boletus Edulis (porcini mushroom) is found among the vegetation of the high hills and the mountains, in forests of chestnuts, beech and conifers. A true delight.
